Unacceptable

I can echo each and every complaint on hello peter for Poetry as I have received such bad service. I ordered and paid 6 August 2015 expecting my order to reach me in 4-6 days. As with everyone else, there are no updates to confirm that the order is going to be late and NO REPLY to any emails sent. I then received only half of my order with not explanation as to where the rest of the order was or when I will receive it. I still haven't received it and am at wits end on what to do. I have already paid for my order!! Worst online store experience I have ever had, would not recommend it to anyone.
