Travelling dress!!!
I ordered a dress online as a gift, apparently the Courier Company has lost the dress, seriously!!!! After numerous phone calls and emails I requested a refund! I was assured by customer service that my money would be in my account today with an email confirming this!!!! Well it’s no surprise that I have not received my money nor is there any sign of the missing dress! I feel ******!!! Definitely the 1st and last time I’ll be ordering online from Poetry!!!
