Terrible online experience with Poetry
I ordered online from Poetry on 3 May when they had their 30% sale. Order was confirmed, and paid for. After I haven't received my order, I went online to check the status of my order, CANCELLED. Without any notification. I will NEVER order from Poetry stores online again. The items are still available, but at full price. What is the point of a 30% discount?!?!
