Such a pleasure and a treat to shop at

I have never been a customer of Poetry. In fact, I used to pass the Poetry stores without a second glance at most shopping centres, writing them off as far too expensive and for housewives with lots of money. However, last year I had some birthday money and so, on Black Friday, I decided to check out all the stores at our new shopping mall nearby - Table Bay Mall. I almost didn't even go in to Poetry as I really didn't think their prices would be in my range, even on Black Friday. I am soo glad I went in. I found a beautiful top and jewellery that day at a *****, and I think I spent about an hour in the store just checking out all the pretty items for sale. Since then, I have been sporadically popping in to look for small items to give friends for their birthdays and things, and I have never been disappointed, always finding something unique and special, with the help of the friendly staff. But where the #greatservice comes in is in their gift-wrapping service. Wow. They always wrap the items so beautifully, saving me the time and effort and allowing me to feel really proud when I hand the gift over! Yesterday I popped in again, and I had exceptional #greatservice. The lady who assisted me (unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had long beautiful lilac nails) heard I was buying a gift at Poetry to go along with another gift, and when she asked if I wanted my items wrapped, I said maybe not, as I had something to go with it that also needed to be wrapped and I wanted them all to go together. So she proceeded to say, "No worries, I will wrap these items and then give you some of the same wrapping paper that you can take home so you can wrap the other gift the same." She even cut a piece according to how big I said my gift was. I mean - wow! I so appreciate this and am so happy to give them my business, and will continue to support them thanks to #greatservice like this. Thanks Poetry Table Bay Mall!
