Still waiting for my bladdy refund

Returned an item to the store for cash refund. The supervisor at the time had informed me that they didn't have cash at hand to provide me with a full refund and suggested I use my bank card. I was told it would take 48hrs to reflect. It's been 4 days... I called the store 3 times and was told it takes 10 working days and there's nothing they can do now. This is unacceptable, especially after I was reassured that the money would be refunded to my account after 48hrs. I want my money today!
