Shocking service

I ordered essentials as a mothers day gift on the 4th of April. There was some technical issues and the website stated, at latest the order will be shipped within 14 days. 19 working days later and I am still waiting. Don't make empty promises. And don't advertise a service you obviously don't have the capacity to execute!
