Service excellence specialist

What an amazing level of customer service.. I was really pleased with the service level that I received at Poetry store Lifestyle centre and the one in Ballito Junction... I had to collect an online purchase and did the mistake of going to wrong branch... When I got there, Ballito Junction store, the sales lady LUNGILE NDIMANDE quickly noticed that the item was at Lifestyle centre, quickly called Poetry lifestyle and asked them to wait for me as it was already closing time 14:00. They waited for me and still served me with a smile. I was really pleased and amazed... Unfortunately I couldn't take down their names but I am very grateful ladies...keep up the excellent work.
