Sale Order Cancelled After Payment - No Feedback

I ordered and paid for items online with 30% discount 5 weeks ago & when I logged in to check my order status on Friday I saw that my order was cancelled even though the items where in still in stock and available (but now for full price!). I still haven't received any feedback from them after enquiring why my order was cancelled - I just saw my payment was reversed yesterday. I'm really disappointed.
