Rubish Service

I have placed an order at Poetry online on the 2nd of Dec 2022 to date they have not even sent a link to track my parcel, yesterday whole day been trying to contact them regarding my parcel, a very rude lady from their Cape union mart office kept dropping the call on me, today finally i spoke to Asanda Cape Union Mart in Woodmead and she's the only person who told me my parcel was misrouted yet the online store does not even bother to send me communication with regards to such or an apology on a delay, today I have been trying to get through to them and they not answering, I sent numerous emails to them also but they don't even bother to respond. I am so ****ed by this kind of service, very very bad service, all they care about is money not the customer.
