****** Poetry online customer

On the 19th April 2019, I ordered and paid for a dress on the poetry online. Ref of order ********** 34 The payment from my bank account went off successfully. More than 10 days later, I haven’t received my order. The latest this could have been delivered is after 5 day max as per their terms and conditions well written on their website . Now that has long elapsed. I called their online store, was told I would receive the call to be provided feedback and that wasn’t adhered to either. Sent email enquiring about this and nothing promising was revert to me. No reasons whatsoever to explain this cause in delay. Talk about poor customer service and unaccountability by whoever is responsible for online orders delivery. Will never waste my money and time ever again making any purchases on the cape union mart group online and precisely poetry. Their service has proven to be non existent, except that they were good at taking my money and not honoring their end of the deal.
