Product still not delivered after 2 weeks

I ordered two products online from Poetry, the one product arrived but the other product has still not been delivered after 2 weeks. I tried to phone the customer services but you only get a voicemail. The service is unacceptable and Poetry must sort this out. No use in phoning their customer service if no one ever answers. I paid for a product which I still have not received. Very disappointed and unhappy!
