Poor service .....POETRY STORE

I bought items online on the 27 April 2020 from Poetry Store. My purchase was delivered in May 2020, but one of the dress was a wrong. I made Poetry aware or their error through an email because they don't provide a contact phone number. I got an email response after three days, it was not an apology, the response was " Please go exchange the dress at the store". They don't say which store I should go make the exchange and I did an online purchase because I was avoiding going to the store in the first place. Poetry service is really disappointing. I'm still waiting them to exchange the dress.
