poor service from Poetry online

I still have not received my parcel on Wednesday night around 21:30 I received a call from this number *** male saying they are in Springs and they have my parcel which was delivered by a courier service He was also expecting a delivery from Poetry but a wrong parcel was delivered to him which is my parcel He contacted me because he saw my details on the parcel. Wednesday morning around 6:30 received a call from this number *** the gentleman said he was calling from your warehouse and was asking if I received my parcel I said no He promised to come back to me till now nothing. I have been promised a deilvery by Rineta yesterday 11/04/2025 guess what when i contacted her her number took me straight to voicemail Lee ann and Rinette are taking me for a ride and not taking me serious.I have a wedding today and i had to go find an alternative
