Poor service

I bought 4 items online received my items delivery was very quick! Was very happy with all my items but unfortunately two of them were a bit tight for my liking! Returned both tops at Poetry Walmer Park Thursday April 25 2024 and was told my Standard Bank card is not accepting my refund strange though because it’s the card I used for purchase online! Nevertheless gave them my Old Mutual money account card I was told the refund went through! Week later checked my bank account with no luck visited the bank was told the transaction should have bounced back to Poetry as the account has been closed! I’ve calling Poetry for more than 3 weeks now even this very moment I just gave them a call and they have no way forward with my refund all I’m told they wanting for the Finance department to respond to their email
