Poor online service

I bought a Poetry online voucher for my friends birthday hoping to get it immediately, the day is over and with countless phone calls and emails to their customer support still no one seems to know what’s going on or care. Poetry should sort out their IT or system issues before advertising the online service to the public. Really disappointing. Will never use this service again.
