Poor customer service on order lost.

I ordered on 5/05/23 and until today waiting for my order. I reached out to poetry and cape union multiple times and every time they promise to get back to me but don't. Waisted my time. Extremely disgusted with the service since I'm a loyal customer. All they said today is sorry over the phone. Expected more from such an expensive company.
