Poetry Stores is ***ken terrible.

Bought a cabinet from them online. Build quality absolutely appalling not to mention that we had to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Ended up sending it back for refund as the cabinet was extremely wonky. Doors all misaligned and not closing anymore. Doorknobs falling off. Absolutely terrible.

Begin the process to get a return, took me two weeks. They have collected the cabinet almost 4 x weeks ago. Still waiting on refund. Apparently it takes a month to ship something to CT and book it into online stock (yes indeed, so they can resell that piece of **** to some other unsuspecting customer who will surely struggle his/her ass off to get it returned).

Numerous calls logged to their absolutely pointless customer support portal.

I can't even.

How companies like this continue to enjoy trade even though they blatantly do not give a flying **** about customers. Do not support.
