Poetry Stores Greed and Disrespect

I'm extremely disappointed and quite frankly infuriated with the service i have received from my the Poetry online shopping shop. I placed my 1st online order on the 24th of April 2020 during lockdown and the 2nd order on the 1st of May 2020 when there was a 30% off sale; only for my order to be cancelled post lockdown. The amount from the 24th of April was refunded without even an explanation as to why the order was cancelled because the items were still available online...except at full price this time! My second order, only one item was delivered ; same story!

I am absolutely appalled with the treatment and the disrespect i have received as a loyal customer to this store and the greed shown by Poetry by suddenly realising that they have the ability to financially exploit customers and cover themselves with some half baked apology.

Consider me an ex client.
