Poetry Stores

Online business must in my opinion be more effective when dealing with customers. I've had not had the pleasure of buying any product from the Poetry Stores online option. Firstly, when I wanted to purchase the item, the discount code wasn't pulling through my purchase amount. Secondly, I did lodge a complaint, & received feedback which promised me their dedicated poetry customer service would get back to me soon... It's been 6 days since my last communique with them - so, now, I'm giving them my dedicated feedback. Shocking!!!
