Poetry online store is very unprofessional

I ordered a dress online! Received it in a very bad condition, zipper torn, loose threads and it looks as if was worn before.

Contacted the business on Facebook and there was no accountability taken

I was just told to find means to return it to store ( such inconvenience)

Returned the dress to Cavendish ( staff was very friendly and helpful)

Request an exchange!

To date there hasn't been any communication with regards to tracking or Oder status!

Non the less we wait!
