Poetry Online Shopping

An order was made on 25 July 2015 for 5 items. One item arrived. I was told the other items were to come. After some time I phoned, sent emails and also had a 'chat' inquiring about the items. No response! Eventually I spoke to someone on the phone who said the items were awaiting delivery and that delivery would be within a few days. Then I received an email informing me that the order had gone wrong - apologies made and to appease me I was given gift vouchers for online shopping. However when I attempted to make an order using one of the gift vouchers, the voucher number was not accepted. I wrote an email informing online shopping that the voucher was not accepted and no reply has been received. Such dreadful, dreadful service.
