POETRY ONLINE SELLING GHOSTS

On 2 occasions I have been disappointed.Firstly I bought a blazer and paid for it together with other items. Two days later I received an email stating that it is not available and I will get refunded.I was so frustrated as I wanted to wear that blazer on a special occasion. Secondly I bought sneakers and whilst awaiting delivery boom an email stating it is out of stock,, how do you sell out of stock items and give customers false hope? How do I trust Poetry in future?
