Poetry Menly poor service, failed to refund the customer

I bought a dress at Poetry Menly but I had to take it back for some personal reasons I have been up and down asking for my money back as they say I have to wait for 10 days to get my money back, their service is horrible as the staff is not helpful they keep on telling me to wait maybe it might reflect the next day
