Poetry lousy service after payment

Made an online order, like I make about every month, this time something went wrong with my bank opening with Ozwow. i used a gift card and later did the payment with manual EFT. I have gotten two lousy emails- not helpful in anyway! I am so sad with the level of service I have received. So so disappointed. Still waiting from 15/11 since payment was made!
