Pathetic service from their online store

I ordered a jumpsuit online in a size 10, Poetry delivered a size 14. I immediately phoned their customer service and informed Waadi-ha that there are only 2 size 10 jumpsuits in the online store and to please ensure that I get one. The next day when I check the online store al the size 10's were sold out. I phoned Poetry again and all I got was an apology that it is now sold out. Surely when you deliver the wrong size to a customer you do everything you can to rectify the situation as soon as possible, clearly not.

What pathetic service!
