Pathetic service from poetry - online orders
I placed an order online on the 14th of June. I've been sending emails trying to follow up but no one responds. Called the call center as well no assistance at all and no one keeps you in the loop. Today its the 3rd of July the order still says "in progress". Ended up asking for a cancelation and HOPEFULLY I will get my money back in full. I am so disappointed and displeased really.

07 Jul 2020, 07:48I did receive a call from one of your client liaisons. I was promised that since my order had to be canceled due to unavailability of stock I would get my full refund of the money that I paid for my order which was R779. 00 to my surprise today I woke up. To a notification and only R499. 00 was paid. Where is the rest of my money. I haven't ordered anything more and I will not be receiving anything from poetry. Where is my money guys ?
