Paid for Order but No Order?

I bought a present for a friend from the Poetry online store. I was immiediatley prompted to make a payment for the order, which I did straight away. However, once I checked my email my order was not confirmed and nor was my payment. However, their website said it was. <br> <br> I have now tried to email the store 4 times and tried calling twice so that I could either get my money refunded or have the order delivered. It has been over 5 days now and I have still not heard from anyone from the store. I am so disappointed. Poetry Stores has such a good brand name, I can't believe the level of bad service I am recieving. I was an eager customer just waiting for a chance to order from them. Now that I have my experience has been one that completeley puts me off.<br> <br> I would still just like to get hold of them so that I can get my money back!
