Paid but No Delivery and No Customer Service

I ordered 2 items from the Poetry online store on 2 April 2015. My order was paid for immediate and it stated a 4-5 working day delivery time. <br> <br> It is now more than 2 weeks later and still no delivery, despite receiving a shipping notification for 1 of the items via email on 8 April. <br> <br> I have logged several email queries without any response and have tried phoning their customer services line (2 different telephone numbers) for several days without any answer on either lines. <br> <br> I am really so disappointed in Poetry Stores. I have always loved their brand, but I am really frustrated by their complete lack in customer service.
