Order not delivered

I ordered an item from the online store and paid immediately. A few days later I received an e-mail that said it had been handed to the couriers. It is now 11 days later and I have not received anything. I have tried calling and e-mailing but I get no response. On the website it displays my order as shipped, but nothing has been delivered.
