No response

I registered on the website for the first time and captured my shipping address as my work address. Somehow this did not update and when I received the confirmation email, it showed my home address as the shipping address. I e-mailed the helpdesk and I am yet to receive a response. I contacted the telephone number given in the email and spoke to Lee. He mentioned that the goods might be at the online store and will promply contact them to change the address. He added that he would call me back to confirm. I have not received a follow up with him. I tried calling the number but the phone just rings. Very amateur service from such an expensive brand.
