No one to assist me

On the 12 Aug, I made 2 online orders on the Poetry Website, with much delay I had queries about my items and sent an email requesting assistance - however to date no one has gotten back to me - I have sent several emails. Yesterday I finally received my one order - however the second order was nowhere to be seen. Prior to this I phoned Poetry several times, only to have my call transferred or dropped... Now I am extremely frustrated as I called thrice today and still no one can assist me? all I ever hear is please hold the line. <br> <br> What kind of business is this? I often do online shopping and for a store such as Poetry this is the worse online service I have ever gotten. <br> <br> So what do I do??
