No delivery as yet, terrible service

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My online order (which it promises on the website would be delivered within 5 working days) has still not been delivered and when you try and mail them, it says that delivery failed due to their mailbox being full. The order was a gift which, needless to say, now won't reach me in time. If this issue doesn't get resolved in a satisfactory manner, I will most certainly never make use of their online store again.
