No Communication

Communication with Poetry Online is non existent! First I had a return for a item that shrunk, the communication was so bad and the feedback regarding a credit was just as bad, that I ended up not sending the item to them. It was just before end 2018 and I felt so unsure that I would receive the credit or receive the garment back.(it was a maxi dress) Now in Jan 2019, I ordered sunglasses and the colour is not what I expected. I placed the return online and received the automated email that my return has been placed and that is where it ended. I have rep**** on my comments at the return column online, no feedback. I have emailed them directly, no feedback. This is so annoying. I love Poetry clothing and I don’t have a store nearby. That is why online shopping is so convenient. But at this rate and this service, I am done!
