Never Shop @ Poetry Stores Goods are not delivered

An order was placed on the 29th of July. The delivery terms should be a maximum of 7 days. 3 weeks later and I have not received my order, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the numbers provided, the calls are transferred and if a message is left, no one returns the call. I have not received my items or have not been able to get a refund. This amounts to Theft by Poetry. The payment was made for the goods and never delivered. Never shop at this store, it is the most unpleasant experience and you will just be ****** of your money.
