Never buy from Poetry Stores

I ordered a top from Poetry online stores. After that i followed up three times via email about my order. I got no response. Eventually i phoned them asking them about my order. The guy i spoke to told me the holiday delayed the delivery times. I asked him why they didn't let me know and why they didn't respond to my emails but the guy only rep**** with a \should i cancel your order?"So i said yes. Then i found out he never cancelled my order. Eventually someone emailed me that they couldn't source my top"
