My refunds

On the 30th of March 2024 I returned an item Order: PT***1, at Poetry Store at Brooklyn Mall due to the fact that it delivered without a price tag, dirty and torn. It was a shock of my life. I've returned it and due to the fact that it was long weekend, I presumed the funds will reflect on the 2nd of April 2024.

To date (08-04-24) the funds still are not reflecting, I've written to customer services on the 5th of April 2024 Poetry ***: Refunds. Until now no feedback and I need the money, its hard for all of us.
