My refund please

I returned a skirt I had ordered online from Poetry, the courier company picked it up on the 17th of May already. Till today I have not received my refund. I followed up last week and the gentleman I spoke to said he will contact the courier company and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call. This is the worst service I have received from the store ever. They are usually very efficient and have great customer service. I guess I should have known it would all go downhill from there when the satin skirt was delivered right way around not wrapped in tissue paper next to a box of shoes and no swing ticket.
