My favourite store no longer!

I ordered a dress online on the 29th July (order number ***) and despite a quoted shipping time of under a week, it has now been 16 days. This is ridiculous. I have tried to call but just get voicemail and emails that say I will hear within 7 days. Poetry used to be my favourite store and I have been a loyal customer for several years. This is the first time I have tried to buy something on their website and it will be the last.
