Most pathetic service ever

I ordered goods via the online Poetry store, since then there has been no progress or change in the process of my order. Emailed them numerous times, but didn't get any response yet. Tried to phone, but the customer services department is not picking up-only going to voicemail. Tried the other numbers available on the website, got a very rude response that they will contact me when 'when they can'. Still awaiting a response and hope my package will arrive timeously.
