Luxury price, cheap service

Deplorable customer service. I bought a luxury expensive item, sold on the website as arriving in a “beautiful box”. However, the item arrived in bubble wrap and without a box. I contacted customer service immediately, but nothing has been done despite their promising to call back with a solution. When I pay R2k for a watwring can (a gift) i expect that it arrives in the presentatikn rhat it qas sold as. What a disaapomt ment.
