Loafers cut deep

I purchased a pair of loafers from the Rare Earth brand a week ago at the Cavendish branch. These shoes cost R1099. Yesterday I wore them for the first time.

Poetry, I spend thousands of money at your stores each month. I am really disappointed with these loafers. Whilst walking I start noticing how my ankles started burning. After my first meeting, I had to rush to Dischem to purchase medical plasters for both ankles. The shoes cut my ankles and ripped the skin. I was limbing, the pain was so bad.

Last night, I woke up 3 0r 4 times during the night as my ankles were throbbing and paining from the shoes. This is not the quality we expect from your products!

I am really disappointed and will not be supporting the brand again (unfortunately).
