I see that I am not the only one... made an online purchase during sales, products have been refunded stating that the products are not available but they are...at full price. I think that Poetry tried to had a 0 rate interest loan from us customers and once they were back to their feet have returned the funds. It used to be my favourite shop, not anymore. I received apologies, but I didn't need one, we have caught them lying. They should have honoured the price we got the confirmation with. Very disappointed.
