Lack of custormer care

Why do you use poor delivery services such as RAM? I have been waiting for my parcel all day and they don't attend to their phones or whatsapp. Look at all the bad reviews about RAM on hellopeter. I want my jacket. I'm not going to call them again. You do the calling!!!!
