Item not delivered

Wow. I wish I had read these other hellopeter reports before ordering online from Poetry. I have always considered them a reputable store, but I have serious doubts now.<br> <br> A month later, and I am still waiting for one of my items to be delivered, which was not sent with my original order I sent through on 24 September. My order has been marked as completed online, and the second item delivered, although it clearly wasn't, and I have had confirmation via email that it is in fact still outstanding.<br> <br> It's been a month of Poetry not giving a square one, but seriously... I want the rest of my order now! If there is a problem with the stock, then please CONTACT ME so that I can get a refund. It's not hard. Every other online store in SA seems to get it right.
