Inexcusable to have a online shop that does not work properly in this day and age

Cannot place on-line order as 1 of the 12 items is out of stock. You as client has to go back to each item to verify it is stock (which it is). Customer service not interested in helping. Told me to log in again (which I did before phoning) alternatively to go to the store and shop. When I challenged her on her "solution" she cut me off. Needless to say no answer when phoning back. I also requested assistance via their website - non forthcoming. In this day and age it is inexcusable not to have a workable online shop with professional back-up service
