Hurt and disappointed by Poetry stores online

I'm a so disappointed and hurt with Poetry online, iv purchased an item on the 15th July 2023 knowing that I should get the item by latest Friday the 21st July . I received an email from their *********** courier people that I'll get the item on the 20th and I hot excited. The next day I hot an email again that it will be delivered on the 24th July, wat a disappointment when I called poetry Cape Town I was promised that I will be called back and they will follow up but still nothing no bothered to call me ,same story as their courier people promised to follow up and call me but still nothing. What hurt me the most is that I needed the item for the 22nd July 2023 hence I ordered in advance and due to personal reasons I can't travel to the Malls or collect from any depo as the courier suggested because they say they don't deliver on weekends. What a waste of money and time ,I'm vey hurt and disappointed with poetry I will never buy from them again very unprofessional service...
