Hat return dismay

I was gifted a sunhat from Poetry for my birthday. The hat is just really not my style and I would like to return it. I have contacted Poetry twice to enquire how I can do this. I live on the Lower KZN coast and we do not have a store down here. Poetry has flat out ignored my enquiries. It is extremely frustrating. I can’t believe how the level of service has dropped...well is non existent. I suppose they have the money for the hat and so they are sorted.
