Great customer service

I contacted the Gateway and Pavilion store seeking a dress I had seen online. At the Gateway store I spoke to Malcom who was very helpful . When I spoke to him I felt I am talking to someone willing to assist and he did exactly that. Sharlain at the Pavilion store was also very responsive to emails and assisted to get the stock to her store which is closer to me. Keep up the great work. Its people like you that define customer care and good service.
