Gift voucher not delivered
I purchased a gift voucher 2 days ago. It was never emailed. I have sent emails, I have logged complaints on their website, but not a single response! The birthday was today and I felt like an absolute idiot without the gift voucher. Thanks Poetry, this is the last time I use you ! Order no PT***7
