EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I am emailing to report a very disappointing encounter with the Poetry store in Pavillion mall. I walked into the shop on the 8th of Nov and saw and loved the Antonella dress. They had a medium which I tried on but it was slightly big and we realised the small would be a better fit. They didn't have small , and was happy to buy medium size and have it altered to my size, but the lady who was helping me (Andile) stopped from doing that, and she called around until she found small in Menlyn ,ok great, I was asked to pay a R60 courier fee, which I did and I walked out happy and excited. A week went by , I hadn't received a call to say, the dress has arrived,I went into the store to check and Pearl went to the back and looked there was nothing there. And when I asked does it normally take so long, I was told it's because the dress was coming from a different region.. ( I could've ordered from China and the goods would've arrived by then). Anyway I left the shop being assured that they hadn't forgotten to arrange for the dress to be couriered , so I still waited. I went back in last week, no dress.

Yesterday I went there and I asked them to check again with the Menlyn store.

Ok someone went in to check and no dress had arrived, and I was told they would refund me my courier fee. I must say, I am extremely disappointed and totally angry that, I was stopped from buying the dress in medium, and now I am unable to get the dress AT ALL....I am totally annoyed....

And I received no explanation as to what really happened. I just think someone was negligent and didn't even arrange for the courier or someone didn't send the dress.

The whole experience really left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding poetry....I find myself unable to even look at anything else online on the Poetry website.
